Concepto is an AI-powered study notes generation platform that helps students create structured study materials from their syllabus. The Service uses artificial intelligence to process syllabus content and generate personalized notes.

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

You must create an account using Google or GitHub OAuth to use our Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

3.2 Account Responsibilities

• You must be at least 13 years old to use this Service
• You are responsible for all activities under your account
• You must provide accurate and complete information
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

4. Credits and Payments

4.1 Credit System

Our Service operates on a credit-based system. Each concept note generation costs 1 credit. Credits can be purchased through our platform.

4.2 Pricing

• Free: 10 credits (one-time)
• Student Pack: 200 credits - ₹249
• Power Pack: 500 credits + 20 bonus credits - ₹499

Note: 1 credit = 1 concept note generation. Pricing is subject to change with advance notice.

4.3 No Refund Policy

4.4 Credit Expiration

Credits do not expire and remain in your account until used. However, we reserve the right to implement expiration policies with advance notice.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purposes
• Upload content that violates copyright or intellectual property rights
• Attempt to reverse engineer or exploit the AI system
• Share your account credentials with others
• Use automated systems to access the Service
• Abuse or overload our systems
• Upload malicious content or viruses

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of the syllabus content you upload. By using our Service, you grant us a license to process your content to generate notes.

6.2 Generated Notes

Notes generated by our AI are provided to you for your personal educational use. You own the generated notes, but you acknowledge they are created using our AI technology.

6.3 Our Platform

The Concepto platform, including its design, code, and AI models, is our intellectual property and protected by copyright laws.

We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may:

• Perform maintenance that temporarily interrupts service
• Modify or discontinue features with notice
• Suspend accounts that violate these terms

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months
• We are not responsible for academic outcomes or exam results
• We are not liable for data loss (though we implement backups)

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination:

• Your access to the Service will cease immediately
• Unused credits will be forfeited (no refunds)
• Your data may be deleted according to our retention policy

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or platform notification. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
